These terms cover your use of Line Rot ("the app"), made by the developer of Line Rot, contactable at marcelgelink@gmail.com. Installing or using the app means you accept them.
Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app is licensed, not sold.
What you may not do
- copy, redistribute or resell the app
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted
- remove or alter any notice of ownership it contains
Purchases
The app contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no advertising. Nothing inside it charges you.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes it, and there is no backup on our side and no way for us to restore it.
Ownership
The app, its levels, artwork and name remain the property of the developer of Line Rot.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. It is a puzzle game; it is not intended for any purpose where failure could cause harm.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer of Line Rot is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence gives you stronger rights.
